Shipping policy

1. By ACS for Greece

Linari Athènes delivers all orders to the address defined by the customer through ACS.

The expected delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days from the date of shipping, except in the case of force majeure.

Upon dispatch of an order, the tracking number assigned to each package is sent by email, which allows the customer to track the status of the package on the carrier’s website.

Please allow 3 to 4 working days from the date of order to the date of shipping.

2. By ELTA for the European Union

Linari Athènes delivers all orders to the address defined by the customer through ELTA (Greek Post).

The expected delivery time is between 2 to 10 working days from the date of shipping, except in the case of force majeure.

Upon dispatch of an order, the tracking number assigned to each package is sent by email, which allows the customer to track the status of the package on the carrier’s website.

Please allow 3 to 4 working days from the date of order to the date of shipping.

If your country doesn't appear in the list, please contact us to arrange the shipping.

3.  Pick up point :

- Athens (46 Voulis street- 10558).

Pick up and return to the points are free. Customers can retrieve their orders from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm with the order number. A confirmation email is sent to the customer as soon as an order is ready for pick up. Please allow 3 working days from the date of order to the date of pick up at store.
